**Autoport Limited is seeking a hardworking Supervisor to join our team**

We are looking for a dedicated boots-on-the-ground Supervisor who is comfortable working in an outdoor environment year-round. You will enjoy guiding a team of employees in their daily tasks and assist the terminal and company in achieving their short
- and long-term goals. This position combines the activity of automotive rail loading and offloading, with the challenge of frontline operations and leadership.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the daily operations, including but not limited to: management of staff, strategic planning, and establishing & accomplishing production related business objectives.
- Ensuring policies are communicates clearly and are being adhered to.
- Recommending new policies, procedures, or safety measures where beneficial.
- Planning the use of equipment and resources to ensure that production targets and corporate objectives are being met while keeping health and safety at the forefront.
- Using interpersonal skills to motivate and guide a team of individuals to achieve outstanding results.
- Be a leader on a safety conscious team

**Qualifications**
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
- Satisfactory criminal record check
- Able to work outdoors in adverse conditions
- At least 1 year experience in a supervisor/management role.
- Experience with supervision in a unionized environment is considered an asset.
