**Position Summary**:
All Pro Systems Ltd. is currently looking to fill a Lead Pipefitter position on our team. We're looking for applicants with qualifications of an experienced Journeyman. We are looking to fill this roll immediately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and maintain piping and associated systems adhering to acts and regulations to company standards
- Perform preventative maintenance procedures, to minimize downtime and maintenance costs, and manage equipment efficiencies
- Operating the necessary equipment for pipe fitting (pipe beveling, pipe threading, pipe cutting, groover, torch or plasma cutter, drill press etc.)
- Measure, cut, thread, groove, bend, assemble and install metal pipe, valves, and fittings.
- Communicate with clients when on site to ensure that all needs are met
- Maintain a clear line of communication between the client and our company

**Job Skills & Qualifications**:

- Able to read and understand construction blueprints, diagrams, and specifications used in installation activities.
- Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
- Ability to adhere to, implement, and always follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work tasks.
- Professional attitude and ability to work closely and communicate well with coworkers, other trades and/or clients.
- Completed a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Must have at least a Class G Driver’s License.
- Must have access to own vehicle to be able to get to and from the Shop in Brantford each day.
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communication.
- Must have strong interpersonal and problem -solving skills.
- Maintain company vehicle to neat, clean, and safe standards (where applicable).
- Very punctual and dependable.
- Ability to take direction and work with a mínimal amount of supervision.
- Must be an Ontario resident or willing to relocate.

**Salary**:

- Starting at $35 - $45 per hour, based off experience; hiring rate is negotiable per applicant based on your experience and willingness to take on a lead-role.
- Paid work related travel.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
