**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is well-displayed.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding promotions, policies, and product information.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change.
- Ability to sell products effectively while demonstrating enthusiasm and knowledge.
- Experience with POS systems is advantageous.
- A friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- Willingness to learn about new products and services offered by the company.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
