Respite Worker

**Job Overview**
I am offering RESPITE AND PASSPORT support services. Not looking to hire employees, looking to bring on individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to my caseload due to openings.

**W**HAT WE DO
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including accompanying clients to appointments or social activities.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals regarding client needs and progress.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate parties.
- IN HOME if able to, or in my home respite care.

**Experience**
- 8 years employed as a DSW
- Level C, Healthcare First Aid/CPR trained
- Medical degree
- Located in town (waterford)
- Often do lots of activities such as crafting, movies, outings, meal preparation.
- FLEXIBLE HOURS Here to help caregivers and parents.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
