TTS is looking for a Fleet Manager at our Niagara Falls, Ontario shop to manage our maintenance and CVOR program for a Fleet of 15 vehicles and 12 trailers.

We would also like the Fleet manager to manage our shop equipment and to be a bit of hands on within our shop.

We are a fast growing company and would like someone with strong organizational skills.

This position would also have 1-3 employees under them in the coming weeks.

**Summary**

As a Fleet Manager / Shop Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Reporting to upper management, your role requires strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with automotive repair and heavy equipment operation. You will utilize your organizational skills to manage shop activities. Your commitment to customer service and teamwork will be essential in fostering a productive work environment and meeting organizational goals.

Pay: $60,000.00-$83,592.00 per year

**Experience**:

- CVOR: 3 years (preferred)
- management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Air Brake Endorsement (preferred)

**Location**:

- Niagara Falls, ON (preferred)
