Your role

Relevant du Directeur, Divulgation financière et contrôles, le.la titulaire sera responsable de diverses activités et analyses comptables reliées à la production des états financiers mensuels, semestriels et annuels en accord avec les Normes internationales d’information financière (IFRS). Il.elle jouera un rôle clé dans la préparation annuelle des dossiers d’impôts et de taxes de ventes. Il.elle contribuera également au processus d’attestation financières et de contrôle interne.

Principales responsabilités
- Participer à la préparation d’états financiers, de rapports financiers et d’analyses détaillées mensuelles et trimestrielles dans l’optique de produire des informations de gestion, statutaires, réglementaires et fiscales;
- Participer à la gestion de l’audit de fin d’année avec les auditeurs;
- Participer activement à l’analyse des transactions financières inhabituelles et/ou complexes afin d’assurer la qualité de l’information financière avec une comptabilisation conforme aux normes comptables applicables;
- Assurer la préparation des états financiers annuels pour chacune des sociétés du groupe pour fins de déclarations d’impôts;
- Préparer les dossiers annuels pour les taxes de ventes;
- Participer au programme de contrôle interne;
- Participer au processus budgétaire annuel;
- Participer à l'élaboration et à l'amélioration des pratiques, méthodes et processus comptables;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Exigences
- Baccalauréat en administration option comptabilité
- Posséder un titre professionnel en comptabilité (CPA)
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Connaissance des Normes internationales d’information financière (IFRS)
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft office et principalement Excel;
- Connaissance du système SAP (un atout)
- Excellente maîtrise du français et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (interactions orales et/ou écrites fréquentes avec des employés d’Otéra Capital et/ou de la CDPQ et ses filiales basés dans un de ses bureaux internationaux).
