**Duties**:

- Perform hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling based on client requests
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Upsell salon products and services to clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Sanitize tools and equipment regularly to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Assist with front desk duties when needed
- Participate in retail sales of hair care products

**Qualifications**:

- Red Seal certification or equivalent
- 3+ years of hairstylist experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Focus on sanitization and hygiene practices
- Strong sales and customer service skills
