**Shay Restaurant is hiring for a Bartender at our Westmount, QC location.**

**Bartender Job Description**:

- Be the first impression of our guests.
- Responsible for providing an excellent dining experience to our guests.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Cleaning and preparing alcoholic beverages.
- Working as part of a team.
- Coordinating food and drink orders with other bar staff.
- Interacting with all Shay Restaurant guests and staff members to provide excellent customer service.
- Performing opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
- Performing all opening closing duties on a daily basis, including opening closing shift.
- Performing opening closing duties during busy periods, including weekends and holidays.
- Performing opening closing duties during busy periods, including weekends and holidays.
- Performing food preparation tasks, including washing dishes, washing mops, sanitizing surfaces, cutting vegetables and preparing entrées.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

**Experience**:

- serving: 3 years (preferred)
- Bartending: 2 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
