**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the Retail Store Supervisors and their team’s overall performance in Revenue + KPI’s, Employee Training and Operations to ensure a systematic and cohesive approach to customer service and sales at each location.
- Coach Store Supervisors to build on opportunities and selling strategies that support KPI’s and revenue growth for individual employees and team performance.
- Manage a consistent introduction and training program for new employees in the areas of product knowledge + product care; selling skills, customer service + relationship building; operations and loss prevention.
- Manage a consistent training program for existing employees for each level of our supervisor team, coaching them on how to train employees to build strength within our teams.
- Connect our eCommerce + Social Media platforms with our Store Supervisors and teams to ensure consistent promotion and integration of these additional platforms to our physical retail store locations.
- Recognize and reward achievements when employees have exceeded expectations and demonstrated growth in achieving goals, offered outstanding customer service that was above and beyond.
- Communicate with the HR Retail Manager on recommendations for hiring, transfers, promotions and scheduling needs.
- Oversee the shift changes, schedule requests and vacation requests and communicate concerns in scheduling with the HR Retail Manager.

**Requirements**:
- Possess a minimum of 2 years previous people management experience in a customer service environment or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including negotiating, conflict management, and coaching.
- Ability to travel between all six locations on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate with other Managers and Departments.
