Data Entry Clerk

**Responsibilities**:
- Input, update, and maintain data accurately in computer systems and databases.
- Verify the accuracy of data by cross-checking with source documents.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Conduct data quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data is entered in a timely manner.
- Retrieve and provide data as requested by internal stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and summaries from the data for management review.
- Follow data entry procedures and protocols to maintain data security and confidentiality.
- Assist with data-related projects, such as data migration or data cleansing.
- Report any data-related issues or inconsistencies to supervisors.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
- Strong typing skills and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with data management principles and best practices.
