**Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team.

**This roll is going to include PDI Inspection.**

**Duties**
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks in residential settings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Execute residential painting projects with attention to detail and quality.
- Fabricate and install fixtures or components as needed to enhance functionality or aesthetics.
- Supervise and coordinate with other maintenance staff or subcontractors on larger projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.
- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to execute repairs or installations effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their needs and project timelines.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by guiding less experienced team members during projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in residential maintenance or maintenance person services.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Familiarity with using tools such as ohmmeters, power tools, and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Leadership experience is a plus; ability to supervise small teams when necessary.
- Ability to read schematics and understand logic controllers for troubleshooting purposes.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $21.72-$24.21 per hour
