We are currently seeking a skilled and visionary Culinary Manager/Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate the dining experiences for our residents.

**Job Summary**:
As the Culinary Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating an unparalleled culinary experience that aligns with our commitment to excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader who can inspire a team, develop innovative menus, and ensure that every dining experience is a celebration of flavor, nutrition, and sophistication.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Menu Innovation**: Develop and execute innovative, nutritionally balanced menus that cater to the diverse preferences and dietary needs of our senior residents.

2. **Leadership and Team Development**: Lead, mentor, and motivate the culinary team to achieve culinary excellence, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Training and developing staff members to enhance their culinary skills. Scheduling staff to ensure appropriate coverage. Ensuring food preparation and cooking processes are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

3. **Quality Assurance**: Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and adhering to health and safety regulations.

4. **Collaboration**: Work closely with dietary and care staff to accommodate special dietary requirements and preferences, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

5. **Budget Management**: Manage and optimize the culinary department budget, demonstrating financial acumen and resourcefulness. Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory levels and manage kitchen operations effectively

6. **Innovation**: Stay informed about culinary trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the dining experiences for residents.

**Qualifications**:
1. **Culinary Expertise**: Proven experience as a Culinary Manager/Chef in a senior living or upscale hospitality setting.

2. **Menu Development**: Ability to design and implement diverse menus with a focus on nutrition, flavor, and presentation.

3. **Leadership Skills**: Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a passion for fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

4. **Sanitation and Safety**: In-depth knowledge of and commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen environment. Adhering to all health and safety regulations

5. **Customer Focus**: Understanding of the unique culinary needs of senior residents and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
