The assistant manager is in constant interaction with the customers to explain the advantages of products and to meet their needs and expectations. Passionate about electronics, he trains his team to provide outstanding customer service. He ensures an overall good operation of the store. He does everything in his power to achieve the sales objectives in collaboration with the store manager while respecting the established policies and procedures.

**Main functions**:

- Open and close the store
- Delegate different tasks to employees and follow up on them
- Establish daily, weekly and monthly priorities in conjunction with the store manager
- Collaborate with the store manager to efficiently manage the merchandise, sales and orders
- Establish objectives in conjunction with the store manager
- Ensure that all members of the team have received the training required to carry out their work
- Welcome the clients and answer their questions by using your product knowledge, and share it with your team
- Ensure quality of service to make the shopping experience enjoyable
- Improve work methods and processes to increase the efficiency, productivity and profitability of the stores sales in conjunction with the store manager
- Mobilize team members by guiding, training and advising them in achieving the objectives set in collaboration with the store manager
- Follow the store's policies and procedures
- Participate in yearly evaluations
- Undertake additional related tasks

**Requirements and skills**
- 3 to 5 years experience in sales and electronics's knowledge
- Seller recognized by his peers for his excellence
- Experience in team management required
- Ability to work in a team to achieve common goals
- Ability to manage stress and to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Ability to accomplish tasks as directed and demonstrates accountability for the results
- Leadership
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Sense of organization
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Ability to maintain professional relationships
- Skills for leading a team, knowing how to give your team more accountability
- Having business acumen and taking pride in representing the company's image
- Promotes the integration of new employees and supports them in their learning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
