We are currently seeking a self-motivated Landscape Maintenance Foreman interested in full-time to join our growing team within our Grounds Maintenance division.

As a successful Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will be responsible to ensure the daily landscaping of residential and commercial sites are completed according to company standards which includes, but not limited to, the following duties:

- Oversee and direct your crew as required to ensure the weekly schedules' requirements are met and client expectations are exceeded
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition at all times
- Operate various pieces of equipment as it pertains to each site
- Perform daily circle checks, toolbox talks etc.
- Operate various pieces of equipment
- Aerate, overseed, fertilize, prune and shape shrubbery
- Attend project and safety meetings as necessary
- Participate in snow removal practices throughout the winter season
- Adhere to all legislative and company policies and procedures

**What are we looking for?**
- Must possess experience leading a crew of 3-4 individuals
- Valid class G drivers' license with experience pulling trailers
- You’ll have a wide variety of experience with different pieces of equipment
- Experience providing landscape services to a wide variety of clientele while managing a schedule with tight deadlines
- Horticultural knowledge is a strong asset
- Previous snow removal experience operating various tractors is a strong asset
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Reliable
- Team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to report to yard located in Beamsville
- If you do not possess foreman or lead hand experience, we are willing to train the right individual for a leadership role
