**Duties**:

- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using the dishwasher or by hand
- Assist with food preparation and help the kitchen staff as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in handling food and equipment
- Assist with banquet and catering events as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions from kitchen staff
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety guidelines is a plus
