**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate delivery schedule with carriers
- Ensure relative documentation is created and/or entered into computerized system for all incoming/outbound shipments
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate releasing of loads
- Resolve shipment errors prior to release
- Communicate with carriers and brokers
- Handle local containers
- General administrative tasks, including report generation, arrange spot quotes, handle commercial invoices
- Any others assignments from the Logistics Workflow lead
- Backup to logistics coordinator

**Qualifications**
- Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Must be a team player
- Must have two years of logistic experience
- CEGEP degree or equivalent in Logistics / Supply Chain Operations
- Must possess good communication, organizational and problem solving skills
- Provide support to all logistics functions
- Proven ability to analyze data and excel spreadsheets
- Bilingual (English & French)

**Responsabilités**
- Coordonner le calendrier de livraison avec les transporteurs
- S'assurer que la documentation relative est créée et/ou entrée dans le système informatisé pour toutes les expéditions entrantes/sortantes
- Communiquer avec d'autres départements pour coordonner la libération des charges
- Résoudre les erreurs d'expédition avant la libération
- Communiquer avec les transporteurs et les courtiers
- Gérer les conteneurs locaux
- Tâches administratives générales, y compris la génération de rapports, l'établissement de devis ponctuels, la gestion des factures commerciales
- Toute autre mission relevant du flux de travail logistique
- Remplacement du coordinateur logistique

**Qualifications**
- Capacité à travailler avec peu de supervision et à suivre plusieurs processus
- Doit être un joueur d'équipe
- Doit avoir deux ans d'expérience en logistique
- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou l'équivalent en logistique / opérations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Doit posséder de bonnes compétences en communication, en organisation et en résolution de problèmes
- Fournir un soutien à toutes les fonctions logistiques
- Capacité éprouvée à analyser des données et des feuilles de calcul Excel
- Bilingue (anglais et français)
