Toronto, Canada Stadium Live Studios Full time

**About Stadium Live Studios**

Stadium Live is gamifying sports fandom - building the #1 Gamified Sports & Entertainment Platform for Next-Gen Fans. Think modern-day Barstool Sports x Duolingo for sports. Fans can make sports and pop culture predictions for free using virtual currency, complete challenges, and experience sports with millions of fans across the world. We are backed by Union Square Ventures, KB Partners, Golden Ventures, and the founders of NBA Top Shot, Zenly, Club Penguin.

**About the role**

We’re looking for a **Product Manager, Gamification** to build an innovative gamified sports experience for next-gen fans. In this role, you’ll own features and systems that sit at the core of our gamified sports experience - from our primary prediction mechanic to net new gameplay.

**What will I be doing?** ‍
- ** Own the roadmap**: Define, prioritize, and execute on product features that drive engagement and retention.
- ** Ship features at high velocity**: Lead product development from ideation design execution iteration.
- ** Be highly data-driven**: Use product analytics to identify opportunities with rigor, and guide decision-making.
- ** Be the resident expert on gameplay design**:Design innovative ways for users to interact with live sports using game mechanics like progression loops, collectibles, streaks, and missions.
- ** Understand our users**: Get inside the mind of Gen Z fans. What motivates them? How do they play? Why do they leave?
- ** Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the best outcomes**: Work with design, engineering, content, data, and ops teams.
- ** Test, learn, repeat**: Run AB tests, user surveys, to validate concepts quickly.

**What do I need?**
- 2-5 years of product experience in **mobile gaming** or **consumer apps**.
- Experience building gamification features that have had large, measurable impact: You've shipped a game, collectible system, live event experience, progression loops, collections, streaks, quests, etc.
- A strong understanding of how gamification levers influence monetization.
- Experience with game economy design.
- Excellent product sense. You instinctively know what makes a feature fun, valuable, and intuitive.
- Strong analytical thinking. You love data, user flows, and dashboards as much as you love a good consumer/game mechanic.
- A self-starter mindset. You're proactive, curious, and comfortable owning outcomes from 0 to 1, and act as a thought leader within Stadium Live.
- A scrappy, get-it-done attitude—comfortable rolling up your sleeves and diving into the weeds to make things work.
- Outside-the-box thinker & relentless problem solver who thrives on tough challenges and finds creative solutions under pressure.
- Passion for sports and an understanding of sports fan culture—bonus if you're tapped into Gen Z trends.

**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with Figma and basic wireframing/prototyping.
- Previous experience working in sports, gaming, social, or music.
- Have experience in working with AI to create efficient workflows.

**Perks**
- A high-impact role in a fast-growing sports tech company.
- Opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a product loved by millions of sports fans.
- Competitive salary, equity options, and full benefits package.

**Equal employment opportunity**

Stadium Live Studios Inc. is an equal opportunity employer: we value diversity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
