**About Us**:
Cyclone Manufacturing (A Mubea Aviation Company) is a vertically integrated full-service provider of 3-5 axis machining, sheet metal fabrication, tube bending, welding and minor sub-assemblies of aerospace structural components to the largest aerospace companies such as Boeing, AIDC, Bombardier, Embraer, FACC, GE, IAI, Liebherr, Lockheed Martin, MHI, SAAB, Stelia, Spirit AeroSystems and Triumph Aerostructures. Our surface treatment and controlled processes are approved by the major OEMs such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, IAI and Lockheed Martin.

Cyclone is a privately owned company with over 750 highly skilled employees housed within six state-of-the-art facilities totaling 450,000 square feet in both Canada and Poland.

**Position Overview**:
This role requires strong analytical skills, industry expertise, and the ability to build and maintain robust supplier relationships while driving strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Sourcing**:

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key categories, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Optimize procurement processes to achieve cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Perform market analyses to anticipate trends, pricing fluctuations, and material availability risks.

**Supplier Management & Evaluation**:

- Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers capable of meeting aerospace industry standards.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations based on quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

**Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and operations teams to understand material specifications and project requirements.
- Provide sourcing support for new product development and ensure timely procurement of critical components.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues or delays.

**Risk Mitigation & Compliance**:

- Ensure supplier compliance with aerospace industry regulations.
- Monitor and address risks in the supply chain, such as disruptions, shortages, or geopolitical challenges.
- Develop contingency plans for critical suppliers and materials.

**Cost Optimization**:

- Identify cost reduction opportunities through competitive bidding, supplier rationalization, and value engineering.
- Track and report on savings achieved through strategic sourcing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with aerospace components, materials, and supplier networks is highly desirable.
