**Job summary**

We are currently hiring for a customer service representative to join our growing team. The customer service position will be responsible for taking care of the day to day activities of the company operations while collaborating with all other departments of the company: accounting, purchasing, sales, service and warehouse to ensure a smooth supply chain.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create checklists, packing lists, invoices, RMA and work orders for customer orders
- Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure Revenue Report is up to date
- Generate shipping labels for domestic and international shipments using FedEx, DHL and CAED software
- Liase with freight forwarders for international shipments
- Maintain relationship with our suppliers and negotiate contracts and terms to meet company budget
- Complete other ad hoc tasks as assigned

**Required skills and experience**:

- College diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is an asset, but training will be provided as well
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain customer relations and build new relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
