We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented **Assistant Manager** who is excited to support both boutique operations and workshop experiences.

✧ About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in running our boutique and supporting our daily perfume workshops. This role is perfect for someone who’s responsible, organized, friendly, and loves creating memorable customer experiences, whether it’s helping someone discover their signature scent or guiding guests through a creative workshop.

✧ Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the boutique, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Deliver a warm, personalized customer experience
- Assist or lead during MIRU perfume workshops (training provided)
- Coordinate workshop bookings and setup
- Support with inventory, staff communication, and in-store visuals
- Help onboard and guide new team members
- Take initiative when the owner is off-site

- Experience in fashion-related retail
- Leadership, event hosting, or workshop facilitation experience
- An interest in scent, storytelling, or creative expression
