**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate CNC horizontal or vertical mills to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
- Perform machine setups, including tooling, fixtures, and programming adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure adherence to tolerances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain optimal production efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience operating CNC horizontal or vertical mills preferred.
- Proficiency in machine setup, tooling, and programming is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
