As the Residential Carpentry Framing Foreman, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating our framing crew. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of residential framing projects, managing a team of carpenters, and ensuring the timely completion of projects while maintaining our high standards of quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of carpenters in performing various residential framing tasks, including wall framing, roof construction, Subfloor installation, and other structural elements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of framing plans.
- Coordinate with project managers to establish project timelines, allocate resources, and manage material deliveries.
- Train, mentor, and supervise carpenters, ensuring their adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and construction best practices.
- Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions to maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to ensure efficient coordination and smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and equipment usage for reporting purposes.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a residential carpenter with a focus on framing, including wall framing, roof construction, and floor installation.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or foreman role, leading a team of carpenters and managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
