**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to train in our pool finishing and completion department. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn multiple aspects of pool construction and finishing, with a focus on tile work, stonework, pool start-up, and chemistry management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Becoming an asset in the **tile department**, including the installation of pool tiling.
- Perform **ancillary stonework** as part of the pool finishing process.
- Learn and complete **pool start-up and chemistry** for newly built pools.
- Focus on **completions and final touches** in our new pool construction process.
- Work closely with an experienced manager to develop the skills needed for long-term success.

**Requirements**:

- **Valid G Driver’s License** (required).
- Comfortable with **lifting and physically demanding work**.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in tile work, stonework, or pool construction is a plus but not required.

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour

Additional pay:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
