**Duties and Responsibilities**:providing excellent guest service to internal and external clients
- **Available for: O**vernight (graveyard) shift, Day/Afternoon shift (weekdays and weekends)**
- Assisting guests upon arrival and departure (check-in / check-out)
- Provide assistance with guest luggage to rooms when assistance is required
- The ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns, always striving for guest satisfaction
- Providing Concierge assistance to ensure smooth operations
- Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment
- Offer guests information on the Hotel and the surrounding area(s)
- Working cooperatively in a team environment
- Other duties as assigned

**Position Qualifications**
- Clean drivers abstract, Full G License, and able to drive automatic & standard
- It is to be expressly understood that having a clean abstract is a condition of employment and are required to have it remain acceptable for insurance purposes. It is further understood, that it is to be provided in a timely manner upon request; as to confirm your ability to be insured by our Hotel Insurance. Any failure to remain insured by our Hotel’s Insurance, may impact your continued employment, regardless of seniority or other conditions.
- Qualified individuals will be customer service driven with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull luggage (up to 40 lbs)
- Valet must be able to stand outside during the scheduled shift
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Previous hotel experience an asset
- Minimum 1-2 years driving experience required preferably in a hotel

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.63 per hour

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
