As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen staff by ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and eager to learn more about food preparation and service.

**Duties**
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients as directed by chefs or cooks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and ensuring proper storage of food items.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours by assisting with various tasks as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff and occasionally with patrons.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is an asset.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with kitchen staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service.
- Customer service skills that enhance the dining experience for guests.
- Familiarity with bartending is a plus but not mandatory.
