KMT THE Learning Group is an Ontario-based mental health clinic that operates from a multidisciplinary model that includes psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapists, and other mental health practitioners. KMT provides support to individuals, couples, families, and children facing challenges with learning and mental health concerns. We provide assessments and customize treatment plans to meet the need of each client. Over the last few years, we have grown and currently seeking a qualified registered psychologist or psychological associate to lead our interdisciplinary team.

This opportunity requires an individual who is driven, enthusiastic, and devoted to the field of psychology. The incumbent will be responsible for administering psychological assessment for various school boards, insurance companies, and WSIB would be an asset. **Job Description**:
KMT The Learning Group’s registered Psychologist/Psychological Associate will work with children, youths, and adults as they play an integral role within our multidisciplinary team. As the registered psychologist, you will provide a combination of Mental health and Psychoeducational assessment services to children, adolescents, and adults; duties include interviewing/information gathering, administering tests, scoring, Interpreting, and report writing and supervision.

**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. or Psy.D or Master’s degree in Psychology with competency in Clinical Psychology with adolescents, adults, and families.
- Must be registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) in good standing.
- Minimum 4-5 years experience working in a similar position
- Essential skills include prior training and experience using a range of empirically validated risk and psychological assessment tools and evidence-based treatment modalities and related techniques with forensic populations for the prevention of offending behavior.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, well developed problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills
- Strong writing skills and comfortable with technology
- Excellent client retention and rapport
- A progressive attitude towards the field of mental health services as it is evolving
- Be eligible to work in Canada

(depending on registration and qualifications) + Commission option available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $40.00 per hour
