The Account Management team is a specialized team within Sales focused on bringing additional value and services to our existing clients. As an Account Manager, you'll get to know our clients and their needs, have meaningful sales conversations aimed at helping business owners achieve their goals, collaborate with internal partner teams, and constantly transform our systems as a part of our "startup within a startup." If you're passionate about problem-solving and eager to build something great, you've come to the right place **What you'll get up to**: - Act as a trusted advisor for our clients by understanding their business goals and needs, and educating them on potential solutions we can offer. - Treat every interaction as an opportunity to delight, whether it's providing a referral to a partner service or collaborating with a cross-departmental peer to resolve a client challenge. - Contribute to designing and improving processes and materials by: - Creating new processes—experiment with new workflows and approaches to selling products - Grow your tech skills by managing your workflow using software tools like SalesForce, SalesLoft, RingCentral, Google Sheets, and the Bench App. - Help one of Vancouver's fastest-growing startups hit its revenue and growth goals. **What you'll need**: - Love experimenting, trying new things, and driving improvement within your own team, or across the wider organization.
