We’re looking for an ambitious individual who wants to learn the ins and outs of running a successful fashion business. We’re growing and evolving We’re excited to be launching our e-commerce store this fall and want our newest member to take an active role in this.

As the Merchandise Marketing and Administration Coordinator, you’ll work in tandem with the business owner to schedule buying appointments, place orders, communicate with brand reps daily, and in charge shipping and receiving of merchandise. Extremely familiar with supply chain, margin systems, inventory value, and creating solutions for maximizing profit. In charge of logging and tracking buying trends, gross margins, period sell throughs, and determining needs for next season versus last. You’ll also be responsible for managing all merchandise and orders for our new Shopify store. Lastly, we want you to bring your thoughts and creativity to the table. Share your passion for fashion by assisting in seasonal photo shoots, helping with our social media, promotions and events.

**The Job**:

- Assist in back office and merchandise management
- Assist in creating draft purchase order in MS Excel real time
- Upload images and write descriptions for Shopify store
- Regular Website Maintenance
- Shipping, receiving and ticketing new merchandise
- Data entry of purchase order and other data entry
- Analysis of sales trends, running sell-throughs, gross margin, etc.
- Managing e-com orders
- Execution of various marketing initiatives
- Work directly with designer reps (to request image banks and marketing material)
- Assist with technical side of social media
- Other admin duties as assigned

- Microsoft Office : Intermediate

Preferred
- Shopify
- Canva/design software
- Social Media experience

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**o **Related Experience 1 year minimum or College/University Degree in Fashion/Marketing or a related field.
- Tech Savvy with a can-do attitude
- Excellent verbal, written, communication & interpersonal skills
- Superior organization skills, time management with a strong attention to detail
- Able to multi-task as there are always multiple ‘balls in the air’
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cross-discipline projects
- Superior work ethic
- Highly technology & Social Media Savvy - Instagram, Shopify, Website
- TEAM MENTALITY - Plays well with others

**Job Details**:
**Job Type**: Full time

**Salary**: $23-$25 per hour

Schedule: Approx 30 hours per week, flexible with scheduling.

Ability to commute to: Oakville

Education: Secondary School (required)
