Keyholder Shift Supervisor

**Duties**:

- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store meets sales goals
- **Online Store Fullfillment,** must be able to efficiently and accurately fullfil orders and have high decision making skills and high computer skills.
- **Provide excellent customer service**by greeting and assisting customers, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction in store and online
- **Train and supervise retail staff**, including cashiers and sales associates
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle cash handling responsibilities, including opening and closing registers, counting cash, and preparing deposits
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with customers and staff, both in English and other languages if applicable

**Skills**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Retail sales experience, including cash handling and cashiering

**-Computer skills a must**:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
