**Our expectations**:
Under the direction of the Coach, Operations, the Attendant, Non-Motorized Orders is responsible for piece picking-building orders, wrapping pallets, and replenishing goods.

**Your role**:

- Piece pick and replenish goods / put-aways
- Evaluate the size, weight, and volume of goods and merchandise to be moved
- Be aware and respect warehouse safety standards
- Be physically fit and able to handle merchandise ranging in weight from 5-50 lbs continuously
- Drive and operate material handling equipment
- Act in accordance to the current RONA policies and procedures
- Demonstrate and encourage RONA values in all decisions and actions
- Perform all other related tasks

**The qualifications we are looking for**:

- Order-filling experience with voice picking technology (an asset)
- Responsible, self-motivated, and attentive to details
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform job duties that involve stretching, bending, lifting, and carrying medium to heavy products
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Good visual/manual co-ordination
