**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of food preparation, service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly while ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
