Learn n’ Play is seeking dedicated **Full-Time Early Childhood Educators**. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage our preschool classroom.
- Understand and implement the Learn n’ Play curriculum.
- Comply with the Learn n’ Play policies.
- Supervise and lead children in all daily activities, including playtime, reading hour, art projects, and snack and lunchtime.
- Teach the parents and children you work with all of our centre’s rules in regard to safety and cooperation to help foster a safer and more structured environment.
- Help prepare children for lunch and snack times and assist others on staff in handing out food and beverage items. Lead the children in the cleanup of trays, cups and the eating area after every meal.
- Participate in one-on-one sessions with parents whenever issues involving a child’s behaviour at the centre need to be addressed, or when such a meeting is requested by the parents.

**Job Skills & Qualifications**
- MUST have Early Childhood Educator License to practice.
- Diplomas, certificates or other evidence of training related to child growth/development.
- Experience working with children in a childcare/recreational setting.
- Current First Aid certificate.
- Consent to Criminal Record Check and ability to provide 3 professional references.
