This is an exciting leadership opportunity with the Community Rehabilitation Interdisciplinary Service (CRIS) program in Allied Health Community (AHC)

Description:
As a Speech Language Pathologist III, you will be responsible to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team where you will be an integral leader to other healthcare professionals (Speech Language Pathologists, Assistants). You will facilitate the development and ongoing monitoring of clinical standards of practice for speech-language pathology and patient (client, resident) care protocols in the department and geographical area. In collaboration with management, you will support the development, implementation and evaluation of the department's operational plan strategies.

**Required Qualifications**:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).

This role involves medium physical effort (20-50 lbs.)
- equipment transfer, including bending, lifting, pulling, for assisting client transfers or therapeutic interventions. Prolonged sitting with laptop and associated technology like headset is expected for point of care charting and virtual services.
