The Yupik Store is looking for a new person to help in our E-Commerce team. Come an join us with more than 1500 products, different transactional online platforms and a fast paced environment

The incumbentwill report to the store Manager and work closely with a small team to play a key role in the ongoing success and expansion of our Amazon store as well as other third-party marketplaces.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform order fulfillment tasks in a timely manner while targeting a 100% fulfillment score of orders
- Work with internal supply chain team to anticipate and resolve issues
- Communicate and work closely with our US warehouses on any inventory arrivals, returns, order fulfilments, logístical follow-ups
- Provide quality transactional support, and perform data entry tasks accurately
- Observe and suggest optimization improvements to automate repetitive tasks as much as possible to bring efficiency in all operational work
- Serve as a back-up and seek cross training opportunities
- Perform additional tasks as needed

**Profile**
- Diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain or relevant field
- Proficiency in English with strong writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, SAP and other systems
- Experience in logistics, data entry and customer service
- Organization skills, someone analytical and accurate who takes initiative, can prioritize and multi-task with good follow-up skills
- A team player and a self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Ability to learn and adapt to ever changing e-Commerce activities

**Salary**: $37,000.00-$41,000.00 per year
