Sales and Marketing Manager

An ideal associate should be able to understand customers’ requirements and have cordial and patient behavior to deal with aggressiveness and complaints. The prime goal is to extend the business growth by extending business clients.
Only PR/Citizens are eligible for this position.
Timings: 8:30AM-2:00PM, initially 3 days a week. (on-site)
Payrate: $17/hour
Location: Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls from customers in a well-behaved manner.
- Identifying potential customers to bring new contracts.
- Cold calling to existing and potential clients to extend the business.
- Ask relevant questions to understand clients’ needs and offering the best that suits them.
- Handling complaints and queries patiently for best outcomes.
- Maintain accurate data of clients’ information.
- Influence the customers to use our services to meet their needs.
- Keep record of all sales, calls, and important information.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
- Previous experience in sales and marketing or similar service role.
- Fluency in English language.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Phone etiquettes to deal with clients in a well-behaved manner.
- Strong negotiation skills for favorable and beneficial deals.
- Bachelors or diploma in related field.
- Focused on targets and result oriented.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
