We are currently seeking a part time Medical Aesthetician This part-time position has the potential to move to full time. Full 8 hour days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am-6pm (but can be flexible).

The Laser tech/Medical Aesthetician is a key role in our busy, growing clinic. This role will mostly consist of but not limited to operating our Pico laser as our laser tattoo removal is one of our busiest services and continue to grow daily.

The part time position will mostly consist of laser tattoo removal but will have other opportunities/roles within the clinic. The position has the potential to grow to full time hours.

- Laser hair removal
- Skincare consultations
- Tattoo removal consultations
- IPL
- Skincare sales
- Chemical peels
- HydraFacial
- Miconeedling
- Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies post-training
- Participate in promotional and educational events
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality
- Maintain adequate stock, inventory, and room preparation to provide an effortless flow of patient treatments
- Work effectively both independently and in a team
- Welcome and greet clients in a professional, friendly manner upon arrival in person or on the phone; answering or referring inquires if needed.
- Scheduling client’s appointments
- Ensure a high level of client care and provide day-to-day client service
- Sales experience, and knowledge of cosmetic treatment and skin care
- Answer client questions
- Maintain client record/chart by obtaining, recording, and updating personal information
- Medical history and consents for treatment are completed
- Complete sales transactions including taking payments if necessary
- Opening and closing clinic routine

Experience
- 1+ years experience working as a Medical Aesthetician and working with laser devices
- Previous experience with HydraFacial an asset
- Laser hair removal experience an asset
- Experience with SkinCeuticals and ZO Skin Health an asset

Our Medical Laser technicians make an average of $30 per hour (combined hourly wage and commission).
