**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare reports on inventory performance metrics for management review
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize excess inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy; knowledge and experience cycle counting, inventory categorization, and bin management
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper labeling of all inventory items.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve inventory turnover rates.
- Train and supervise staff on inventory management procedures and best practices.
- Resolve problems, provide assistance and recommend measures to improve productivity
- Coordinate, assign and review work

**Skills**
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with barcoding and WMS systems is an asset
- Proficiency in NetSuite inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with team members and external partners.
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges in inventory management.
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under pressure and in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
