**Data & Analytics Manager - Digital Retail**

Are you excited about leading and managing high-performance teams across data and analytics?

The digital retail data & analytics manager, you will play a critical role in our dynamic and innovative data & analytics organization at Best Buy Canada. You will be responsible for both data product development and delivery management, and people leadership within the team.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the development and enhancement of data products that support the eCommerce operations and digital retail growth strategy for Best Buy Canada.
- Lead conversations with cross-functional stakeholder groups on the data and analytics strategy and roadmap that drive value for the digital retail business and our customers.
- Provide thought leadership for the business to foster a culture of leveraging data to drive informed decision making and enhancing operational efficiencies.
- Support product analytics and the product lifecycle through exploratory analysis, measurement plans, experimentation and reporting.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

**What we’re looking for**:

- 5+ years of experience building and leading data and analytics teams, ideally in digital retail and product management contexts.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in leading teams in delivering insights, supporting experiment designs and measurement plans and building data and analytics solutions.
- Advance knowledge of digital analytical tools, implementation and technologies, such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms, such as Power BI.
- Experience with data modelling, data analysis and storytelling, data governance, compliance, and data quality management best practices.

**Annualized base pay range**

$125,000.00 - $135,000.00 This role has an annual bonus component, in addition to the base salary

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
