Voldex is a video games company on a mission to build the absolute best UGC (user-generated content) games on platforms such as Roblox. Our goal is to build the most popular and highest earning UGC games library. Founded in 2015, we have seen massive growth since taking on our first venture capital investment in November 2021. We are backed by some of the best investors in gaming such as Andreessen Horowitz, Dune Ventures, POW Interactive, and Makers Fund.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage the contractor agreement process from start to finish - work closely with managers to ensure contractors are properly onboarded
- Serve as a backup to the HR Director and Sr. Recruiter when necessary

**What You Bring to HR & Talent Team**:

- 2+ years of previous experience in HR and / or Recruiting
- Previous experience working with a global team (preferably US, Canada, UK)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a remote team environment while maintaining confidentiality
- Proficient with Google workspace, ATS (Ashby preferred), HRIS, and Payroll software
- Work well in an environment with pressing timelines

**Nice to Haves**:

- An affinity for gaming and UGC
- Start up experience
