Residential Construction Site Superintendent

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on residential job sites.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project plans.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely project completion.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, including scheduling and coordinating their work.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during construction, implementing solutions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customer, trade partners and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and blueprints.
- Proficiency in construction scheduling and site management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
