The Analyst is responsible bench work and documentation based on their assignment to the laboratory. Ensures that analyses are performed in accordance with appropriate SOPs

**Main responsibilities**:

- Responsible for experiments at the bench based on training and competencies can be assigned conduct validation and/or sample analysis.
- Execute appropriately method standard operating procedure (SOP), ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation
- Follow general SOP and good laboratory practice (GLP) and good clinical practices (GCP) as applicable.
- Completing supplementary information forms as needed to complete documentation.
- Stay up to date on new SOPs, procedures, and techniques via training sessions, team meetings and internal communication avenues.
- Communicate potential problems that could impact quality of the work performed in the laboratory and data reliability and discusses appropriately with line manager.
- Performs assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Respecting Health and Safety standards in terms of personal protection, laboratory maintenance, and work procedures.
- Observes all company guidelines and policies.

**Desired Profile**:

- College or University degree in chemistry, biochemistry, immunology or other related field, equivalent experience can be considered in lieu
- Previous laboratory experience is an assest
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills in French and English
