**Glaze Wall Services Ltd** is a growing installer of Curtain Wall, Windows, Doors and Commercial Store Front Entry Systems for commercial high rise, commercial industrial, store front, and multi-unit residential apartment and hotel type buildings.

We are currently seeking Glaziers to work in Edmonton and surrounding Areas.

**In this position, you will be responsible for**:

- Installing curtain wall and commercial store front entry systems and weatherproof joints,
- Fabricate and build frames & curtain walls,
- Handling glass safely in accordance with company safe work practices
- Knowledge on how to handle & carry glass properly,
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
- Maintain an excellent relationship with contractors and clients,
- Other duties as required

**Primary Qualifications Required**:

- 3 or more years of experience
- Must be reliable, responsible, hard-working and willing to learn
- Experience using hand tools and basic power tools
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Ability to work from mobile equipment such as man-lifts, cranes, and other lifting equipment is an asset
- Journeyman Glazier ticket an asset
- Fall Protection ticket, CSTS, and Standard First Aid training is an asset
- Construction experience an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be flexible and work effectively in a fast-paced environment,
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Must have own hand tools, safety equipment including steel-toed safety boots, safety harness, hard hat and proper winter gear
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work alone or with a team
- Take responsibility and demonstrate integrity in all aspects of work

**Status of position**:

- Competitive hourly wage

**Salary**: $26.00-$33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
