Also known as Digital Customer Experience Coordinator, this key person will play a major role in making our customer journey easier. Caring about customer’s needs and pain points is crucial to be successful in this role.
Ultimately, our Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with our Marketing Director to deliver meaningful strategies, projects, campaigns, and tools based on customer insights and in line with our brand values.
Main responsibilities:
Understand and own the digital customer journey to add value at every touchpoint
- Structure our analytics and develop reports of our e-commerce website performances
- Build, analyze and continuously improve audiences and customer segments using web analytics and other internal databases
- Coordinate customer research to identify customer insights and pain points
- Identify and execute value-added action plans by customer segment
Coordinate effort to maintain and enhance our e-commerce websites’ experience (UX)
- Update website content in collaboration with our Product Managers and our sales team
- Analyze and understand customer behaviors on our websites
- Recommend and execute website improvements to maximize our conversion rate
Coordinate and execute traffic acquisition strategy
- Structure, manage and implement SEM and SEO with external partners’ support
- Support and coordinate content creation and social media activities
Support global marketing strategy and ensure a consistent brand experience

**Experience**:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience with SEM tools, mainly Google Ads
- Experience with Analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Experience in SEO strategies and implementation
- Experience in managing and updating website content
- Experience in conversion rate optimization and usage of related tools
- Proven record of successful digital campaigns
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Spanish is considered as an asset
- Passionate about customer experience
- Autonomous
- Solution driven
Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or any related field
- Master in Ecommerce could be a great asset
- Combination of experience with another degree could also be consider
