**About This Opportunity**:
The community of Truro is seeking family physicians to join their primary health care team. These are full scope practices, providing care for patients at all stages of life.

**Responsibilities**:

- ensure delivery of comprehensive primary health care services to practice patients of all ages and stages of health or illness
- provide a full scope of services
- inpatient care is preferred, but not a requirement

**Expected Hours**:

- full-time, part-time
- 37.5 hours per week
- 46 weeks per year

**Qualifications**:

- all applicants must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS)
- all family physicians must be eligible for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
- membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
