Key Responsibilities
- **Brow Services**: Mapping, shaping, waxing, threading, tinting, and brow lamination
- **Lash Services**: Lash tinting and lash lift
- **Piercing Services**: Ear, cartilage, and nose piercing using a hand-pressure system and/or needle piercing (we specialize in baby ear piercing from 3 months+)
- **Facial Services**: Microdermabrasion, Oxygen, and HydroJelly facials
- **Retail Environment**: Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail service setting
- **Product Knowledge**: Educate clients on retail products to maintain service results at home
- **Administrative**: Keyholder duties; use POS Systemfor bookings and client interactions, end-of-day closing/balancing
Qualifications & Skills
- Esthetician/Cosmetology certification or equivalent experience
- Retail and customer service experience
- Meticulous attention to detail for precise, personalized services
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- Collaborative, courteous team player
- Willingness to work flexible hours
