Mid Day Baker

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and attention to detail.
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
- Package baked goods for sale, ensuring they are presented attractively to customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow in the kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs regarding baked products.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry making.
- Proficiency in cake decorating and presentation skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent food handling skills and understanding of safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customer service interactions.

Pay: $17.20-$18.20 per hour
