Under the supervision of the client service team leader this position is responsible for entering client and sample information into LIMS, preparing supplies and bottles requests for clients, and ensuring that projects are processed quickly and delivered on time to operations.

**Primary duties & responsabilities**:

- Sorting coolers, samples and coolers and making note of any deficiencies;
- Using the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to log-in the samples and generate labels;
- Preparing soils samples and rush projects to be processed by operations.

**Note this is a Scientific admin role and no analytical testing is carried out.**
**Qualifications**
- Good communication skills, work effectively and efficiently;
- Knowledge of environmental samples considered and asset;
- Self-starter, ambitious and energetic;
- Laboratory experience considered an asset;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Excellent telephone and people skills;
- ** Lifting heavy coolers is a requirement up to 50 Lbs.**

**Additional Information**
Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours per week

Shift: Starting at midnight 00h finishing at 8am

Temporary position: until December 2025
