**Sales Administrator**
- KSR International Inc. / KSR Industrial Corp_

As a Sales Administrator, you will collaborate closely with Business Development Managers and Key Account Managers to drive new business opportunities across KSR International, Quantum Fuel Systems, and Emcara Gas Development. In this role, you will oversee internal sales processes, ensuring timely execution and alignment with customer deadlines. Ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a team environment and has a keen eye for detail, you will play a vital role in supporting our Business Development and Account Management teams in winning new business and strengthening customer relationships across our family of companies.

**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role in an automotive manufacturing environment.

**Language**
- English required

**Skills**
- Proficiency in OEM portals, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Costing, Engineering, Tooling).

A team player with a self-starting attitude and a commitment to KSR values.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support sales teams from KSR, Quantum, and Emcara with customer portals, RFQs, and internal cost/price trackers.
- Assist sales leadership with purchase orders, customer orders, and other related tasks.
- Identify future program targets and growth opportunities for the sales team.
- Actively participate in global health and safety initiatives, emphasizing risk reduction, hazard identification, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with KSR’s Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
- Serve as an ambassador for KSR's Environmental Management system, focusing on reducing the global footprint and promoting resource efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned
