**Compensation**: Commission-based (20% + 10% monthly recurring)

We are a growing social media marketing agency helping businesses scale through content creation, social media management, and digital advertising. Our team is creative, fast-paced, and results-driven — and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join our team.

**Role Overview**

As a Sales Representative Intern, you’ll focus on building relationships with potential clients, booking meetings, and supporting the closing of deals. This is a commission-based role designed for someone entrepreneurial, outgoing, and eager to learn about sales in the marketing industry.

**What You’ll Do**
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities (calls, DMs, networking, referrals).
- Book qualified appointments and present our services to potential clients.
- Maintain and manage leads in our CRM with follow-ups and updates.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies and improve outreach.
- Build strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.

**Compensation**
- Commission-Based Structure:

- Earn 20% of the agency’s 20% commission on closed deals.
- Earn an additional 10% recurring profit share for ongoing clients you bring in.
- Unlimited earning potential — the more deals you close, the more you make.

**Job Type**: Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
