**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
- Restore and maintain surfaces by repairing drywall and other materials as needed.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the scope of work required for each project.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to project deadlines.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in caulking techniques and surface preparation methods.
- Experience in restoring surfaces and repairing drywall.
- Ability to read blueprints accurately for project execution.
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial painting practices.
- Expertise in residential painting techniques.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
